KORRV Terms of Service — Dealer/Broker Account

By creating a KORRV account at drivekorrv.com, you ("Dealer" or "Broker") agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Platform Description

KORRV (drivekorrv.com) is a technology platform connecting automobile dealers and brokers with independent driver contractors for vehicle delivery and document transport. KORRV does not employ drivers and is not a transportation or staffing company.

2. Dealer Fees

Dealer accounts are free with no monthly subscription. Per-job fees: $8.00 flat/vehicleat for vehicle deliveries; $5.00 flat for document runs plus $1.79 per mile billed to you. Vehicle delivery driver rates are negotiated between you and the driver; KORRV adds its flat fee on top of the agreed rate. All payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Business License Requirement

You represent that you hold a valid dealer or broker license and business license in your jurisdiction, and will keep these current throughout your use of the platform. KORRV may suspend your account if licenses expire or are revoked.

4. Payments & Escrow

Payments are processed by Stripe and held in escrow until job completion is confirmed. You authorize KORRV to charge your payment method for the full amount at the time of booking. Funds are released to the driver upon delivery confirmation.

5. Dealer Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate job information; (b) have a representative present to complete required temporary driver authorization forms before the driver operates your vehicle; (c) arrange return transportation (Uber, Lyft, or equivalent) for the driver after delivery; (d) inspect vehicles before release to the driver; (e) treat all drivers with respect and professionalism.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations made 30+ minutes before driver arrival are free. Late cancellations (driver already en route) may incur a fee of 50% of the platform fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

KORRV's maximum liability to any Dealer shall not exceed total fees paid in the prior 30 days. KORRV is not liable for vehicle damage, theft, or loss — drivers carry their own insurance. You should verify driver insurance before authorizing vehicle operation.

8. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by California law. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration (JAMS rules). You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against KORRV.

KORRV Independent Contractor Agreement — Driver

This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") governs your relationship with KORRV (drivekorrv.com).

1. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, NOT an employee of KORRV or any dealer. You retain the right to set your own schedule, accept or decline any job, and work for others. KORRV does not control how, when, or where you perform services beyond necessary platform quality standards.

2. Vehicle & Insurance

You represent that you: (a) own or have lawful access to a vehicle in safe condition; (b) maintain personal auto insurance meeting your state's minimum requirements; (c) have a valid driver's license; (d) will immediately disclose any license suspension or insurance lapse. KORRV does not provide vehicle insurance. You are responsible for all vehicle costs.

3. How Vehicle Delivery Jobs Work

When you accept a vehicle delivery: (a) you drive your own vehicle to the dealership; (b) you sign the dealer's temporary driver authorization form permitting you to operate their vehicle; (c) you deliver the vehicle to the specified destination; (d) the dealer arranges return transportation (Uber/Lyft) to bring you back; (e) you confirm completion in the app.

4. Compensation & Platform Fee

KORRV deducts an 8.9% platform fee from all driver payouts. Document deliveries: you earn $1.70/mile gross (approximately $0.537/mile net after 8.9% fee). Vehicle deliveries: you earn the negotiated rate minus 8.9%. Example: $100 job → $91.10 to you. Payment via Stripe Connect, 2–5 business days.

5. Taxes & 1099

As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for all taxes. KORRV will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC for earnings of $600 or more in a calendar year. Make quarterly estimated tax payments as required.

6. Conduct

You agree to: treat dealers and recipients professionally; never operate vehicles impaired; not use vehicles for personal errands during delivery; report any vehicle damage immediately; maintain a rating above 4.0.

7. Background Checks

You authorize KORRV to conduct Checkr background checks (criminal history, MVR, identity) at onboarding and periodically per the FCRA.

8. Governing Law & Arbitration

This Agreement is governed by California law. Disputes resolved by binding JAMS arbitration. You waive class action participation against KORRV.
